This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Assist the team with administrative responsibilities, which include tracking, data retrieval, planning, document organization, and archiving.
• Collect and monitor company documents such as CVs, job descriptions, training records, and contact information.
• Maintain the KPIs of the RA&PV Network and coordinate necessary updates, troubleshooting, etc.
• Retrieve and track data for various purposes.
• Manage document maintenance in the common shared area of the RA&PV Network.
• Organize meetings and teleconferences.
• Prepare drafts and/or final layouts of documents, as necessary.
• Communicate with all departments and the management team, as required.
• Assist in the organization of the RA&PV Network department.
• Perform additional miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to present information clearly and concisely.
• Robust interpersonal skills in a dynamic, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
