Apprentice — Risk and Compliance Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Engage in the development of the risk map for RSV and its subsidiaries.

• Coordinate and oversee the efforts needed to create local risk maps.

• Participate in the tracking and monitoring of action plans.

• Aid in the formulation and execution of the internal control plan in partnership with various departments (levels 1 & 2).

• Assist subsidiaries in localizing controls and ensure their successful implementation.

• Support the completion of level 2 controls.

• Take part in the adaptation and rollout of the RATP Group compliance program within RSV and its subsidiaries.

• Help maintain the record of processing activities.

• Facilitate the dissemination of GDPR-related information throughout RSV.

• Foster a culture of risk and internal control through informational and training activities for employees.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree (M1 or M2) in Compliance and Risk Management or in Risk Prevention and Internal Control.

• Strong understanding of compliance matters (Sapin II, GDPR).

• Inquisitive, proactive, and self-sufficient.

• Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities.

• Adaptable and attentive listener.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
