Analista de Cumplimiento

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Execute monthly controls and screenings for employees and suppliers.

• Apply compliance controls for stock and cash flow suppliers.

• Manage Conflict of Interest campaigns and monitor their mitigation measures.

• Keep critical records up to date: donations, sponsorships, gifts, and invitations.

• Conduct control testing on the risk matrix.

• Support the implementation of agreements and prepare FATCA / CRS reports.

• Lead data remediation campaigns for clients subject to reporting.

• Implement and maintain the internal document repository.

• Develop follow-up projects for alerts related to regulatory reports.

• Prepare management reports and keep KPIs updated.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Engineering, Auditor Accountant, or a related field.

• Experience: Between 2 and 3 years working in compliance areas (preferred).

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.

• Knowledge of SQL (mandatory/preferred depending on depth of expertise).

• Experience or interest in Automation and AI Tools.
