AI Content Analyst – German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and conduct brief multi-turn interactions (generally 1–5 turns) aimed at assessing AI personalization performance.

• Develop prompts based on realistic personal situations to gauge contextual comprehension.

• Analyze AI responses to ascertain whether personalization is effectively implemented.

• Evaluate grounding quality to ensure the model refrains from fabricating unsupported claims about the user.

• Assess integration quality—ensuring personal signals are utilized naturally and not in a forced or robotic manner.

• Compare two responses side-by-side to identify which is more helpful, natural, and relevant.

• Compose clear, structured rationales that explain rankings and refer to specific conversation turns.

• Confirm debug information demonstrating whether the appropriate data sources were utilized.

• Uphold strict workflow hygiene, including the deletion of evaluation conversations when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in German (reading and writing are required).

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline (e.g., Policy, Law, Ethics, Linguistics, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related analytical field).

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate nuanced AI outputs.

• Excellent written communication abilities with a talent for producing structured evaluation notes.

• Keen attention to detail when comparing similar responses.

• Capability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

• Reliable desktop/laptop and a stable internet connection.

• Willingness to use your primary personal Google account and enable personal data sources for evaluation purposes.
