This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Address BTEC inquiries and support requests for vocational centres and BTEC support personnel promptly.
• Distribute official communications, meeting summaries, and follow-up action trackers for Pearson and associated stakeholders.
• Oversee the accurate documentation and archiving of QA records, assessment reports, verification forms, and training outputs.
• Manage project data and performance assessments, monitoring progress, needs, outcomes, and verification records.
• Assist with any necessary administrative and logistical tasks.
• Provide training and upskilling support to BTEC staff as needed, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and ongoing support in collaboration with the Pearson training team.
• Plan and facilitate training sessions and capacity-building initiatives for centres, lecturers, and administrative personnel.
• Mentor on learner recruitment and selection processes to ensure the capabilities of the learners.
• Collect feedback from teachers and learners through centre visits, surveys, or interviews to inform quality enhancements.
• Assist in reviewing and validating documents such as assessment materials, teacher resources, centre resources, and internal verification (IV) documents for compliance with Pearson QA standards.
• Ensure support is provided in planning and organizing assessments and programme delivery in conjunction with the centres to meet Pearson's regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate support for the standard verification/external examination process by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Aid centres in maintaining compliance with Pearson QA standards and escalate issues as necessary.
• Organize and conduct visits as suitable to identify areas for improvement, gather evidence, and showcase best practices.
• Manage and keep track of risks and issues.
• Deliver regular reports to Pearson regarding QA performance, assessments, and overall progress.
• A degree or relevant vocational qualifications or significant experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in education, vocational training, or programme support.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of regulatory requirements within Pakistan.
• Experience in quality assurance, external examination, or assessment processes.
• Experience in BTEC/undergraduate delivery and assessment.
• Prior experience collaborating with international organizations or TVET institutions is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Pearson BTEC or TVET frameworks in Pakistan is beneficial.
• Previous experience working with government departments in Pakistan is an advantage.
• Annual Incentive plan: 8%
