Accounting Assistant – SAP B1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute accounting entries and categorize accounts;

• Record expense entries for transactions that lack invoices;

• Assist in posting various revenue entries, including financial income;

• Input payroll-related accounting entries;

• Document accounting entries for tax payments/guides;

• Aid in bank reconciliation processes;

• Reconcile accounts for customers and suppliers (vendors);

• Support controls and reconciliations of recoverable and payable taxes;

• Help with intercompany processes;

• Assist in fixed asset management and depreciation;

• Maintain organized and current accounting records and departmental documents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Accounting degree program (undergraduate level);

• Familiarity with accounting routines and practices;

• Essential knowledge of SAP Business One;

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel.
